Oat Pancakes
- 1 12 cups rolled oats, master mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- Stir all ingredients in bowl with spoon until blended.
- Bake on greased hot griddle or in skillet until browned on both sides and done in middle.
- To freeze pancakes: Place waxed paper between cooled pancakes and place into freezer bag (Ziplock-type).
- Remove as much excess air as possible and seal.
- Freeze.
- To reheat: Place desired number of pancakes on plate.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute Check.
- If not done, turn over and heat for additional 30-60 seconds.
