Black Bean & Bacon Cheese Dip
- 2 strips Pre-Cooked Bacon
- 1- 1/2 cup Canned Black Beans, Rinsed, Drained.
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Microwave bacon for 1 minute and chop.
- Set aside.
- In a food processor, add beans and pulse several times.
- Add softened cream cheese, bacon and black pepper.
- Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a nonstick baking dish and top with cheese and panko bread crumbs.
- Bake 1012 minutes.
- Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, or whatever you like!
