Crab-Stuffed Pea Pods
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) snow pea pods, tips removed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Fresh parsley, if desired
- Cut seam on side of pea pod forming pocket.Combine all remaining ingredients except parsley in bowl.
- Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons crab mixture into each pea pod.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired.
