Rocky Choc Shots
- 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 250 g Cadbury Cooking Chocolate, milk or dark, melted and cooled slightly
- 1/2 cup Pascall Marshmallows, quartered
- 1/4 cup red glace cherries, quartered
- Toasted flaked coconut, for serving
- BEAT together the PHILLY and vanilla in an electric mixer, continue beating whilst adding the melted chocolate until smooth.
- FOLD through the marshmallows and cherries, then spoon into 6-8 shot or espresso glasses and sprinkle with coconut.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
