Grilled Palma Pork Chops (Oamc)

  1. In a flat glass baking dish, mix all marinade ingredients.
  2. Pierce the chops and pour marinade over them.
  3. Turn to coat.
  4. Marinate at least 4-6 hours.
  5. Drain marinade and cook on grill.
  6. To make for OAMC: Place marinade ingredients and chops into a freezer bag, then freeze.
  7. When ready to use, remove, thaw and then place on grill.
