Southwest Eggs Bennedict Recipe
- 2 eggs poached
- 1 english muffin halved and toasted
- 2 thick tomato slices
- dans jalapeno garlic hollandaise sauce
- 1 chopped jalapeno
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 Tblspn red wine
- salt tt
- pepper tt
- pinch of cilantro

- Sautee onion, mushroon, jalapeno, and garlic in red wine.
- 2.
- Place english muffin halves on plate followed by tomato, then sauteed mixture then poached egg.
- 3. drizzle hollandaise over the stack and add cilantro on top to garnish.
