Herbed Flank Steak Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound flank steak
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 1 c. herbed croutons
- Italian salad dressing
- Score the steak.
- Heat butter in skillet.
- Add in onion and saute/fry till almost tender.
- Add in Worcestershire sauce and croutons, mixing well.
- Place stuffing on steak and roll up jelly roll fashion; securing with wooden picks.
- Place steak in greased, shallow baking dish.
- Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min, basting every 15 min with Italian dressing.
