Herbed Flank Steak Recipe

  1. Score the steak.
  2. Heat butter in skillet.
  3. Add in onion and saute/fry till almost tender.
  4. Add in Worcestershire sauce and croutons, mixing well.
  5. Place stuffing on steak and roll up jelly roll fashion; securing with wooden picks.
  6. Place steak in greased, shallow baking dish.
  7. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min, basting every 15 min with Italian dressing.
