Buffalo Bill Burgers

  1. To make burgers:
  2. Shape beef into 4 burgers.
  3. Sprinkle peppercorns and red pepper on both sides of burgers.
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; warm over high heat.
  5. Add burgers and sear them on both sides.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. To cook beans: Add beans to skillet.
  8. Cook until hot, about 4 minutes.
  9. To assemble sandwiches: Place burgers in rolls, and top each with beans.
