Halvah Whipped Cream with Armenian Arak Coffee

  1. Whip the cream until thickened.
  2. Add the confectioners' sugar, honey, and vanilla and whip to shaving cream consistency.
  3. Fold in the tahini.
  4. Stir a shot of ararat into a glass of strong, iced espresso.
  5. Top with a big dollop of whipped cream and garnish with mint.
