Frosty Cucumber Mold

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice with wire wisk until smooth; refrigerate until mixture mounds.
  3. Stir in cucumbers, green onions and dill; spoon into 6-cup mold.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  5. Unmold onto serving plate; garnish with lemon twist, dill and cucumbers.
