Salmon with Honey Mustard Glaze

• 1 lb salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp Bavarin Sweet mustard, or Dijon
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet.
2. Combine honey, mustard,and thyme.
3. Brush on both sides of fish.
4. Cook in oil until fish flakes easily, about 5 minutes per side.
