Taco Jalapeno Poppers
- 2 each 26 ounce cans Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
- 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- 5 each Scallions - Sliced, including green part
- 1 can 2.25oz Sliced Olives
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning - or to taste
- Drain jalapenos.
- Discard onions and carrots or use for another purpose.
- (Like munching on...)
- Remove tops from jalapenos, slice in half and remove seeds.
- Rinse and then dry with a paper towel.
- Mix together the other ingredients.
- Spoon or pipe filling into the halved jalapenos.
