Cranberry Waldorf Salad
- 2/3 cup (edamame) (remove beans from pods if purchased whole)
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- Cook soybeans as directed on package; cool.
- Blend mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Add apple chunks and toss.
- Add celery, cranberries and soybeans; mix.
- Arrange chopped lettuce on plate and top with salad mixture.
- Sprinkle with walnuts.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
