Hot Crab Dip Spread Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat
- 2 tbsp. onion, finely minced
- Salt & pepper
- Sm. amount lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. cooking sherry
- Combine cream cheese with lowfat milk.
- Add in crabmeat, onion, salt and pepper.
- Squeeze in small amount of lemon juice.
- Add in cooking sherry.
- Blend well and cook in double boiler 20 min.
- Serve hot with snack crackers.
