Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 1 tbsp. Organic olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. organic sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. organic crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 medium organic red onion
- 2 clove organic garlic
- 1 c. organic broccoli florets
- 1/2 organic red bell pepper
- 6 large organic shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp. organic soy sauce
- 1 piece organic baked tofu
- 2 organic scallions
- 1/2 c. organic cilantro
- 1 tsp. organic sesame seeds
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, sesame oil, and pepper flakes.
- When the oil is warm, add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and soy sauce.
- Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tofu, scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
- Cook until the tofu is heated through.
- Serve immediately.
