Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, sesame oil, and pepper flakes.
  2. When the oil is warm, add onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and soy sauce.
  4. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the tofu, scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
  6. Cook until the tofu is heated through.
  7. Serve immediately.
