Sesame Tofu

  1. Dissolve the kudzu starch in water.
  2. Combine the ingredient from Step 1 into the sesame seed paste gradually and mix.
  3. Strain the mixture into a pot.
  4. Stir the mixture as it's heated.
  5. Once the heat goes through and begins to harden, remove from heat and transfer to a container to cool.
  6. Serve with dashi soy sauce and wasabi.
  7. Or with soy sauce and wasabi.
  8. You could also sweeten with kuromitsu or kinako.
