Diner Meatloaf with BOCA
- 1-1/2 gal. frozen BOCA Ground Burger, thawed
- 3 cups plain dry bread crumbs
- 3 cups onions, finely chopped
- 3 cups green peppers, finely chopped
- 3 cups BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 doz. eggs
- 3 cups HEINZ Chili Sauce
- Mix all ingredients except chili sauce; let stand 5 minutes.
- Line full sheet pan with parchment paper (or half sheet for trial recipe); spray with cooking spray.
- Shape crumbles evenly into 6 loaves (or 1 loaf for trial recipe).
- Spread tops and sides of loaves evenly with chili sauce.
- Bake in 300F-convection oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through (160F).
