Thanksgiving After Party Mini Media Noche Sandwich
- 1 each sweet roll (Hawaiian roll or similar)
- 1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices
- 1.5 oz. leftover pulled turkey (dark and white mix preferred)
- 1 pinch adobo Cubano (mix together: 1 tsp. coriander, 1/4 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. Cuban oregano, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. orange peel)
- 1 KRAFT Extra Thin Swiss Cheese Slice
- 1.5 oz. OSCAR MAYER Selects Natural Applewood Smoked Ham
- 1 tsp. cranberry jelly
- 1 Tbsp. salted butter
- Season the turkey meat with the Cuban adobo (1tsp/per pound) and warm up in the microwave using a covered dish for 1 minute on a medium setting.
- Slice roll in half and build the sandwich from the bottom up, first spread Dijon, place the slice of pickles, top with the hot adobo turkey, then cheese, top with the ham slices the finish with spreading the top of the roll with cranberry jelly.
- Toast the rolls in a Panini press or using a cast iron pan at medium temperature.
- Serve with strong sweet espresso or your favorite beverage, Salud!
