Curried Carrot Salad
- 3 qt. carrots, peeled, shredded
- 2-1/2 cups California raisins
- 1-2/3 cups green onions, chopped
- 1-2/3 cups KRAFT MAYO Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 5 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- Toss carrots, raisins and onions in large bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add to carrot mixture; toss to coat.
