Chrissys apple pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place crust on bottom of pie pan.
  3. Make sure to oress down bottim and sides.
  4. dice up apples into bite size.
  5. Mix apples in with sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
  6. I mix them altogether before mixing them with apples but not a must.
  7. Fill apple mixture in pie crust ad another crustbon top.
  8. Make sure to pinch crust together.
  9. Cut slits in crust.
  10. Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
  11. After about 20 minutes cover the edge of crust with foil so it doesnt burn.
