Baked Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Boil pasta according to instructions on package.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, green onions/scallions, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Combine Ricotta, Limburger and Mozzarella cheeses in a bowl and set aside.
  6. Mix butter into pasta and let melt.
  7. Then stir in all of the cheese mixture.
  8. Pour egg and milk mixture over pasta.
  9. Stir well and pour into a greased baking dish.
  10. Top with Romano cheese and crushed croutons.
  11. Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes until cheese has melted and a golden brown crust has formed.
