Grilled Steak and Vegetable Salad
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 6 oz. boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 large yellow pepper, halved lengthwise, seeded Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 large tomato, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 small red onion, peeled, thinly sliced

- Preheat an oiled grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing over 1 side of steak and inside of yellow pepper.
- Grill steak and pepper 10 min., turning steak after 5 min.
- (pepper does not need turning) for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness.
- Arrange greens, tomatoes and onion on a plate.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices and yellow peppers into strips; arrange over greens.
- Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp.
- of dressing.
