Grilled Steak and Vegetable Salad

  1. Preheat an oiled grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the dressing over 1 side of steak and inside of yellow pepper.
  4. Grill steak and pepper 10 min., turning steak after 5 min.
  5. (pepper does not need turning) for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness.
  6. Arrange greens, tomatoes and onion on a plate.
  7. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices and yellow peppers into strips; arrange over greens.
  8. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  9. of dressing.
  10. Serve with WHEAT THINS 100 CALORIE PACK and JELL-O Sugar Free Pudding.
