Parlez-Moi En Francais Honey Dijon Salad

  1. Cut the base from the head of lettuce, wash the individual leaves then dry.
  2. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the lettuce with the blue cheese and tart cherries.
  4. Divide and serve the salad on 4 individual salad plates.
  5. Place the red onion crescents on top.
  6. Drizzle the honey-Dijon dressing on each serving.
  7. Finally, sprinkle crushed Honey Dijon KettleTM Chips on the salad and garnish with cracked black pepper (a hefty sprinkle for moi, sil'vous plait).
  8. Mas oui!
