Egg & Green Chili Pepper Souffle (Or Crustless Quiche/Tart)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine first four ingredients.
  3. In separate bowl, beat eggs and combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Fold mixtures together.
  5. Pour into prepared 11x13 dish.
  6. Or use two round pie dishes for the quiche/tart effect.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
