Cedar Point Crab Gumbo

  1. First, lightly brown onions and garlic.
  2. Then add flour, stir and add okra and about 1 quart of hot water.
  3. Pour into soup kettle.
  4. Add more water and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook gently until vegetables are done.
  6. Add one pound of crab meat and cook 20 minutes.
