Field Salad With Gorgonzola and Walnuts

• 12 lb lettuce, washed and dried
• 34 cup walnuts, chopped
• 12 lb gorgonzola, crumbled
• 2 granny smith apples, cored and diced
• 1 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing

1. Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.
2. Pour dressing over all and toss - serve!
