Brazilian Fish Moqueca
- 1 1/2 lb Wild flounder fillet (any other tall white fish)
- 1 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 3 tbsp Paprika
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 3 Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 cup Red Palm Oil
- Cut the Fish in cubes Add: paprika, salt, pepper, and lemons
- Let it marinate for approximately 30min
- Dice the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers
- Place the Fish And the other ingredients In to a Pan
- Add coconut milk
- Let it cook in low temperature for about 20
- Add one cup of Red Palm Oil and let it cooking for more 10min
- And that's it you're done
