Flan
- 10 large egg yolks
- 1/2 can condense milk
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- Combine the egg yolks, evap milk, and condense milk.
- Lightly mix it together using a fork.
- Do not beat and remain from creating bubbles.
- Set aside.
- Using a lanera (or any baking pan oval shape or whatever shape ypu prefer) put in the brown sugar.
- Melt the sugar on top of the heat until brown/blackish color comes out.
- Do not burn.
- When done.
- Pour the egg yolk mixture to the lanera.
- In a preheated oven.
- Bake the flan using a water bath method.
- (place the lanera on a oven pan with 1inch water on it).
- Bake for 30min
- Do not overbake as the eggs will get hard.
- Keep in checking them in the oven.
- Transfer to plate when done.
