Flan

  1. Combine the egg yolks, evap milk, and condense milk.
  2. Lightly mix it together using a fork.
  3. Do not beat and remain from creating bubbles.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Using a lanera (or any baking pan oval shape or whatever shape ypu prefer) put in the brown sugar.
  6. Melt the sugar on top of the heat until brown/blackish color comes out.
  7. Do not burn.
  8. When done.
  9. Pour the egg yolk mixture to the lanera.
  10. In a preheated oven.
  11. Bake the flan using a water bath method.
  12. (place the lanera on a oven pan with 1inch water on it).
  13. Bake for 30min
  14. Do not overbake as the eggs will get hard.
  15. Keep in checking them in the oven.
  16. Transfer to plate when done.
