Rick's Pork Chops in Gravy

  1. Season pork chops with salt and black pepper.
  2. Brown pork chops in olive oil.
  3. Add onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add soup, gravy, and water.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Add flour and water mixture.
  7. Heat until thickened.
  8. Serve with Potatoes or rice.
