BBQ Chicken Pita
- 1-1/2 gal. Cooked chicken, julienned or pulled into strips
- 3-1/4 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 25 each pita bread, split
- 50 each Bibb lettuce leaf
- Mix chicken and barbecue sauce.
- Cook until thoroughly heated, if desired.
- FOR EACH SERVING: Fill each pita half with 1 lettuce leaf.
- Spoon about 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- coleslaw and 1/4 cup chicken mixture into each pita half.
