Bourbon Glazed Pecan Crescents

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine sugar, butter and vanilla in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add flour, 1 cup pecans and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. Form dough into 1-inch balls; shape into crescents.
  6. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 11-14 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Stir together powdered sugar and enough bourbon in bowl for thin glazing consistency.
  10. Drizzle cooled cookies with glaze.
  11. Immediately sprinkle with finely chopped pecans, if desired.
  12. *Substitute water.
