Spicy Ranch Cheese Dip
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, well drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, corn and peppers.
- Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese; bake 5 min.
