Champagne Mojito
- 15 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 2 ounces aged rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 orange twist
- In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice, add the rum and lime juice and stir gently.
- Top with the chilled Champagne and garnish with the orange twist.
