One-Skillet Chicken Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and peppers; cover.
- Cook 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is done (165F), stirring peppers occasionally.
- Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add pasta sauce and water to skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; top with chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheeses; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 min.
- or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
