Creamy chipotle spaghetti

  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package or as you prefer and once is ready drain water and set aside.
  2. Put the chillis, the sour cream and milk on your blender until creamy, here is the trick you want to add as much milk as you need to obtain a nice creamy but runny consistency because it will thicken.
  3. Put your butter on a pan and once it disolved add the mix from the blender and your drained corn and mushrooms cans keep stirring and bring to boil.
  4. Once iz boiling add your pasta along with the salt and pepper until you cover completely your pasta in the sauce.
  5. Add some cheese on top as final step and enjoy!
