Creamy chipotle spaghetti
- 1/2 box spaghetti, i prefer thin but you can use regualr
- 2 piece chipotle chilis (they are sold in cans)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk or as needed
- 1 can (small) of corn
- 1 can mushrooms a small can works great!
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package or as you prefer and once is ready drain water and set aside.
- Put the chillis, the sour cream and milk on your blender until creamy, here is the trick you want to add as much milk as you need to obtain a nice creamy but runny consistency because it will thicken.
- Put your butter on a pan and once it disolved add the mix from the blender and your drained corn and mushrooms cans keep stirring and bring to boil.
- Once iz boiling add your pasta along with the salt and pepper until you cover completely your pasta in the sauce.
- Add some cheese on top as final step and enjoy!
