Athlete's Delight Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a large pot.
  2. Add in onion & garlic & saute/fry gently for 5 min.
  3. Add in potatoes & turnip & continue to saute/fry for another 3 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Fold in minced tomatoes, raise heat & bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Stir in the water & the rest of the ingredients, except for the fettuccine.
  6. Simmer for 35 min or possibly till all the vegetables are tender.
  7. Add in more water if necessary.
  8. Meanwhile cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  9. When cooked, serve vegetables over cooked fettuccine.
