Meatless Mushroom Burger
- 2 cups medium size fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 s
- 4 whole wheat sandwich rolls, split
- 4 pears, sliced
- 32 oz. (4 cups) nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- Cook and stir mushrooms and onions with olive oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until lightly browned.
- Season to taste with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Heat BOCA burgers as directed on package.
- Serve burgers on buns, topping each with 1/4 of mushroom mixture.
- Complement meal with a sliced pear topped with a cup of yogurt per person.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
