Meatless Mushroom Burger

  1. Cook and stir mushrooms and onions with olive oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until lightly browned.
  2. Season to taste with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  3. Heat BOCA burgers as directed on package.
  4. Serve burgers on buns, topping each with 1/4 of mushroom mixture.
  5. Complement meal with a sliced pear topped with a cup of yogurt per person.
  6. COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
  7. Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
