Salad Dressing Cake From Scratch Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. salad dressing (Kraft Miracle Whip)
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- Mix well with wooden spoon.
- Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
- Cold 10 min.
- NOTE: For good flavor, 2 Tbsp.
- vanilla are needed.
- Directions given for the mix cake are to completely cold cake before frosting.
- The scratch cakes were cooled no more than 10 min before frosting unless Seven Minute Icing is used.
