Gingered Beef And Pineapple Stir-Fry

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Cut steak lengthwise with grain into 1/4-inch slices; cut slices in half crosswise.
  3. Combine steak and next 5 ingredients in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.
  4. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
