Oriental Chicken Wings
- 4 lb. chicken wings
- 1 small can sweetened crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 (4 to 6 oz.) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0. In shallow bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar. Pour bread crumbs into separated bowl. Set bowls aside. Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer. Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture, then in bread crumbs; place in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
