Mild Teriyaki Hamburger Steak
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 heaping teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 2 Hamburgers
- Mix together all of the ingredients.
- When the hamburgers are grilled, blot off excess oil, coat them in the sauce from Step 1, quickly transfer to a frying pan, and agitate the pan while cooking.
- When the sauce thickens, it's done.
- Sandwich between buns for teriyaki burgers.
