Fruitcake

  1. chop fruit and nuts
  2. sprinkle with 1 cup flour
  3. measure remaining dry ingredients and sift
  4. line a large tube pan with brown paper well greased.
  5. cream butter real well
  6. add sugar and cream til real fluffy
  7. add jelly or molasses
  8. stir in egg yolks
  9. add liquid alternately with flour mixture
  10. add the frui/nuts mixture
  11. beat well.
  12. bake in slow oven 300 degrees for 3 hours.
