Grilled Chicken Fettuccine
- 3 pounds Chicken Breast (about 6 Large Chicken Breasts)
- 1 cup Italian Dressing
- 3 Tablespoons Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 pound Fettuccine Noodles
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-78 teaspoons, 1/4 pinches Whipping Cream
- 3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Each, Salt And Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- Place the chicken in a bag or pan to marinate in the Italian dressing for 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade, and sprinkle on both sides with Montreal chicken seasoning.
- Grill until done, about 10 minutes per side.
- Cool slightly and slice.
- Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package directions.
- Do not overcook.
- Drain.
- In a large saucepan on the stovetop, saute the garlic in butter for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add the whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Toss together the chicken, noodles, and sauce.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 or larger baking dish.
- Sprinkle parsley flakes on top and bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve using a large tongs rather than a serving spoon.
