Chicken 'N Peppers Pasta
- 2 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. choppedchopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Mozzarella Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- COOK pasta per package instructions; drain but do not rinse.
- Spray a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add pepper and onion; cook until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add spaghetti sauce and pasta; mix well.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with 2% Milk Single; cover.
- Let stand 2 to 3 min.
- or until 2% Milk Single is melted.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
