Old-Fashioned Potato Salad with Sweet Pickles

  1. Steam potatoes until tender, about 12 minutes.
  2. Cool.
  3. Place potatoes in large bowl.
  4. Add eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, pickles and pickle juice.
  5. Toss gently to blend.
  6. Season salad to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. (Can be made 4 hours ahead.
  8. Cover and refrigerate.)
