Barbie Cake

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Very Berry BarbieT Flavor Gelatin
• 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
• 1 Barbie Doll

1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, adding gelatin with cake mix.
2. Bake as directed in 12-cup fluted tube pan.
3. Cool 10 minutes; loosen from side of pan with spatula or knife.
4. Gently remove cake from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
5. Place cake on serving platter, smaller-side up.
6. Frost with whipped topping.
7. Decorate as desired.
8. Place Barbie Doll in center of cake.
