Rebecca's Famous Vanilla Pancakes
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 34 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted (will still taste amazing without)
- 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 34 cups sliced fresh strawberries (these taste really great on top of the pancakes)
- Spray griddle or pan with cooking spray and turn heat up to medium (375) Mix together all dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and sugar.
- In a seperate bowl mix together all the rest of the ingredients; water, butter (if desired), yogurt, and eggs.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl and mix until moistened (don't over mix or they won't turn out just right).
- Using a 1/4 cup measure pour pancake mix onto griddle.
- Cook for approximately 1-2 min or until it is bubbly on top and flip to other side, then cook for another 1-2 mintutes or until done.
- Serve with fresh cut strawberries and syrup if desired.
