Quick and simple fried rice!

  1. Break down the rice to separate so it's not clumpy and then add salt.
  2. Put it aside
  3. Chopped bacon, deli meat, garlic, onion.
  4. Fry the bacon until fully cooked.
  5. Add the garlic, onion and deli meat for about 2-3 min
  6. Add the egg and mix it together
  7. Add the rice (leftover rice is best, cold from the fridge)
  8. Mix it together.
  9. Add vegetables and soy sauce
  10. Add black pepper and mix it well
  11. Add hot sauce desired.
  12. Serve it hot!
