Crunchy Crispy Potato Kinpira
- 1 Potato
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Sake
- 1 Red chilli pepper (sliced into rounds)
- 1 Sesame seeds
- Finely julienne the potato and put into a bowl of water.
- Drain, and dry well with paper towels.
- Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the potato briefly (it should still be crunchy).
- Add the chili pepper and the ingredients.
- Stir fry to evaporate the moisture, and it's done.
- Mix in some sesame seeds at the end.
