Crunchy Crispy Potato Kinpira

  1. Finely julienne the potato and put into a bowl of water.
  2. Drain, and dry well with paper towels.
  3. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the potato briefly (it should still be crunchy).
  4. Add the chili pepper and the ingredients.
  5. Stir fry to evaporate the moisture, and it's done.
  6. Mix in some sesame seeds at the end.
