Prawns with Tartare Mousse

  1. Beat Philly* with sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Fold in the gelatine, gherkins, capers, parsley and lemon juice.
  3. Spoon into 4 x 180 ml service dishes, chill until firm.
  4. Top with prawns and serve with fresh bread.
