Prawns with Tartare Mousse
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in
- 2 tablespoons boiling water, cooled
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped gherkins
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 300g cooked prawn tails, shelled Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- fresh bread, crusts removed and cut into triangles, to serve
- Beat Philly* with sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in the gelatine, gherkins, capers, parsley and lemon juice.
- Spoon into 4 x 180 ml service dishes, chill until firm.
- Top with prawns and serve with fresh bread.
